To help your catchers be sure to catch all those tricky pop ups be sure to tell her that any high pop ups near the backstop will move back toward the infield and the higher it’s hit the more toward the infield it will move. So make sure your catchers find the ball, toss their mask in the opposite direction, face the backstop and then move back a few steps ready to make the catch. The higher the popup, the farther back your catcher should be from the backstop since the backspin is greater the higher the ball goes. Have them keep the glove up by their eyes and catch the ball in front of their head.
