To help make sure that the Drop ball really does drop, a pitcher needs to make sure her body is over her front foot at release.

To help make this much easier, try this – have your pitcher bring her back knee either UP or FORWARD at the release point to help your pitcher get her weight over her front foot and force the ball to go down more!
